The PDMA has issued a rain and storm warning, putting the Sindh administration on high alert.

Karachi, Thatta, Badin, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Dadu, Kashmore, Jacobabad, and Larkana may be impacted, according to DG PDMA Salman Shah.
Chief Secretary Asif Haider Shah chaired a meeting instructing Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners to remain in the field for the next seven days to ensure full preparedness.
While district administrations and local bodies have been instructed to fully mobilize, make sure drainage systems are operational, and take emergency measures to maintain traffic flow, PDMA workers have been instructed to be vigilant and have the required equipment ready.
Authorities have also been directed to conduct public awareness efforts to educate locals about potential risks and to remove hazardous billboards that are susceptible to rain and severe winds.
