The President and Prime Minister commend the security forces for their successful operation in DI Khan.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday commended the security forces for effectively neutralizing four Indian-supported terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Presidency and the Prime Minister’s Office issued distinct statements commending the professionalism, bravery, and determination of the armed forces in neutralizing terrorists and retrieving weapons and ammunition during the operation.

President Asif Ali Zardari praised the security forces for executing a successful intelligence-driven operation against Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij factions in Dera Ismail Khan. The elimination of the khawarij terrorists and the seizure of weapons during the operation demonstrated the exceptional professionalism and steadfast dedication of the forces.

The president asserted that actions against Indian-supported terrorist factions were essential for protecting national security. “The nation honors the sacrifices made by its valiant armed forces and law enforcement agencies,” he stated.

President Zardari issued a stern warning to foreign sponsors of terrorism, asserting that Pakistan would not only eradicate their operatives but also target the patrons supporting terrorism against the nation.

Simultaneously, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended the security forces for eliminating four terrorists affiliated with the Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij in Dera Ismail Khan. He stated that under the framework of “Azm-e-Istehkam,” security forces were attaining significant victories in the battle against terrorism.

The prime minister reiterated that the entire nation supported the Armed Forces of Pakistan in the fight against terrorism. “We are resolute in our commitment to entirely eliminate terrorism from the nation,” he stated.

The president and the prime minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to persist in decisive measures against terrorists and their supporters to secure enduring peace and stability in Pakistan.
