The Supreme Court Bar denounces the Islamabad explosion and pledges support for the security forces.

The Supreme Court Bar Association has vehemently denounced the explosion outside the Judicial Complex in Islamabad and conveyed its support with the security forces.

The Bar insisted that the accountable parties be prosecuted expeditiously. The Punjab Bar Council has declared a strike in all subordinate courts in the province today (Wednesday) and has requested comprehensive security measures in all courts.

The Islamabad Bar has declared a three-day strike, and the Balochistan Bar will also abstain from court hearings today. The Punjab Home Department has issued a high warning for the whole province.

In light of potential terrorist threats, the Punjab Home Department has mandated preemptive security measures and instructed heightened monitoring in sensitive, critical, and highly inhabited regions.
