Today, the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene to observe the Ramadan moon.

Today (Wednesday), the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene in Peshawar to sight the moon for the holy month of Ramadan.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, the chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, will preside over the gathering. The Department of Auqaf, Hajj, Religious and Minority Affairs in Peshawar will host the gathering in its conference room.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, would make the last declaration about the sighting of the Ramazan moon.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that zonal committee meetings will also take place in Quetta, Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.
