Violent wars and climate change are problems facing the world: Gillani

On Thursday, Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani stated that growing inequality, violent conflicts, and climate change are some of the issues the globe is experiencing.

He said that no nation can address these problems on its own and that each person must fulfill their responsibility in order to do so while speaking at an Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) event in New York.

Yousaf Raza Gillani went on to say that wars must be settled peacefully and that the UN should play its part in settling international disputes.
