Pakistan prohibits PNSC vessels from accessing the Strait of Hormuz.

Due to increased tensions in the Middle East, three ships owned by the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) have been stopped from sailing into the Strait of Hormuz. Citing sources, ARY News reported.
Regarding the ships Karachi, Lahore, and Khairpur, which had sailed to transfer oil, orders had been issued.
According to sources, the ships Khairpur and Lahore have been told to stay at the port of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Meanwhile, the ship Karachi has been ordered to anchor in Pakistan’s Gwadar port.
According to the sources, Pakistani crew members were on board all three ships at the time.
The Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf are separated by the Strait of Hormuz. It is one of the most strategically significant choke points in the globe and offers the only marine route from the Persian Gulf to the open ocean.
The strait’s width ranges from roughly 60 miles (52 nmi; 97 km) to 24 miles (21 nmi; 39 km), and its length is approximately 104 miles.
The most important oil export route in the world, the Strait of Hormuz links the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Oman with the major Gulf oil producers, including Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates.
