All public hospitals in Punjab are placed on high alert by the government.

Given the current circumstances, the Punjab government ordered all public hospitals in the province to maintain complete operational readiness and stay on emergency alert on Sunday.

Official directives state that trauma centers, operating rooms, and emergency rooms must always be completely operational.

To handle any emergency, the availability of critical medications and specialised physicians has also been guaranteed.

The instruction made it clear that all medical and administrative personnel were to be alert and ready to act quickly in the event of an emergency.

According to officials, the government is dedicated to safeguarding every human life by means of a well-coordinated plan and prompt response system, guaranteeing continuous medical care throughout Punjab.
