Punjab announces significant educational reforms, including free Google courses and e-buses.

The chief minister presided over a special meeting when decisions were made to assess the state of projects in the fields of higher education and education.
In partnership with Google, the project will provide free certification training to over 100,000 students in Punjab. The courses, which normally range in price from $400 to $1,000, will be provided without charge.
Course lengths range from three to six months, and topics addressed include cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence.
Additionally, the council approved the first-ever introduction of a standardization framework for colleges throughout the province as well as the provision of electric transportation amenities for college students.
The chief minister has instructed that all qualified applicants be included in the Honhaar Scholarship Program, which would provide stipends to almost 62,000 students.
