Karachi and Pasni are shaken by a small earthquake

People in Balochistan and Karachi were alarmed by a little earthquake.
The Seismological Center reports that an earthquake of a magnitude of 3.4 was detected near the city’s Malir neighbourhood.
Similarly, the epicentre of the earthquake was located 24 kilometres northwest of Malir, and its depth was measured at 10 kilometres.
The Pasni region of Balochistan also experienced earthquake shocks, with a Richter scale intensity of 4.5.
Furthermore, the epicentre of the earthquake was located 48 kilometres southwest of Pasni, and it was 13 kilometres deep.
Residents of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and other places experienced earthquake tremors earlier on Friday, which caused panic.
The seismic monitoring center reports that earthquakes were also detected in Chitral, North Waziristan, Swat, and Hangu.
Additionally, there was notable shaking in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad. According to the seismic center, the earthquake had a recorded depth of 199 kilometres and a Richter scale value of 5.5.
The Hindu Kush mountain range in Afghanistan was the epicentre.
