The PM and President commend the security forces for the Bannu operation’s success.

On Monday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari praised the security forces for conducting a successful intelligence-based operation in Bannu that resulted in the deaths of a suicide bomber and a major Khawarij ring commander.

In separate statements, the president and prime minister commended the security services’ professionalism and bravery, stating that the removal of the well-known terrorists proved their extraordinary talent and bravery.

“Our adversaries are attempting to undermine these efforts through acts of terrorism at a time when Pakistan is dedicating all of its efforts to attaining regional and global peace. President Zardari said, “We will firmly defeat these anti-peace and anti-Islam conspiracies.”

He declared that the battle against terrorism, which was being stoked by outside intervention, would go on.

According to Prime Minister Shehbaz, the Pakistani government is still determined to eradicate terrorism from the nation.
