The UN Secretary-General praises Pakistan’s contribution to regional peace and stability.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar today received a call from the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres during which the UN chief commended Pakistan’s role in the regional peace and stability.

They deliberated on the most recent regional developments and Pakistan’s continuous diplomatic initiatives and interactions with the involved countries.

The Secretary-General praised Pakistan’s continuous efforts and expressed the international community’s profound appreciation and support for Pakistan’s positive contribution to regional and global peace and stability.

He also conveyed the United Nations’ unequivocal support for Pakistan’s current initiatives.
