For the next 24 hours, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted mostly hot and dry weather in much of the country, with extremely hot temperatures anticipated in the southern regions.
However, sporadic rain, wind, or thunderstorms are possible in Kashmir and surrounding regions.
Islamabad and the neighbouring areas are predicted to stay hot and dry. The southern regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expected to stay extremely hot, while the higher areas will be hot and dry.
While most districts in Punjab will see hot, dry weather, the southern regions may experience extremely hot weather with winds that raise dust. The majority of Sindh’s districts are predicted to stay extremely hot and dry.
In a similar vein, the majority of Balochistan will see hot, dry weather, with extremely hot conditions in the southern provinces.
While Gilgit-Baltistan will continue to be partly cloudy and dry, Kashmir is predicted to have partly cloudy weather with the possibility of isolated showers, wind, and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
