According to Maryam Nawaz, Mother’s Day honors the unending sacrifices made by moms.

Mother’s Day is a day to honor the amazing love, commitment, and sacrifices made by mothers throughout society, according to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

In her Mother’s Day address, she stated that the holiday honors the mothers of all martyrs and veterans as well as the brave and resolute mothers who send their sons to fight. She also honored working women who put in endless hours for their kids and those who face personal struggles to make sure their kids are taken care of.

She added that God has elevated motherhood by equating His love with a mother’s affection, saying that a mother is like a cool shade in the sweltering heat of life, offering consolation and tranquility.
