Three people were burned in the Layyah cylinder explosion, including a child.

On Saturday, a gas cylinder explosion caused by a gas leak in Fateh Pur, Ward-7 here, resulted in two women and a young girl suffering significant burns.

Three people—Fatima, 2, Muqadas, 29, and Shahida, 50—were burned when the cylinder explosion started a fire that spread throughout the house.

Police and rescuers arrived at the scene as soon as they were notified, and they transported the burned woman and infant to the hospital in severe condition.

Investigating were the police. The three patients were all in critical condition, according to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital sources. The administration of the hospital was giving them the best facilities for treatment.
