A close acquaintance of Balaj Tipu was detained for ‘facilitating’ his murder.

Amir Balaj Tipu’s close buddy has been detained by police on suspicion of providing information to his Saudi Arabian assassin.

Upon his arrival from Saudi Arabia, Ahsan Shah was placed under custody. He is charged with providing information to Balaj Tipu’s murderer after obtaining Rs. 5 million.

Police claim that while Ahsan Shah was not in Pakistan at the time of the murder, he provided information on Balaj’s attendance at the wedding.

However, Shah’s family members claimed that he was tortured by the police when they arrested him from his home during an inquiry.

According to the police, Shah received Rs. 5 million to help the Balaj murders. Shah refutes the charge.
