A court issues arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur, the former chief minister of KP.

Due to his frequent absences from court proceedings, a judicial magistrate in Islamabad has issued arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur, the former chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Two FIRs filed in relation to the PTI Azadi March were heard by Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti. Ali Amin Gandapur failed to show up for court despite several summonses.
The court issued him arrest warrants in protest of his persistent absences.
Subsequently, the court postponed additional hearings in the cases until January 5.
It is important to note that two cases involving Ali Amin Gandapur and others have been filed at the Bara Kahu Police Station. Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, and a number of other PTI leaders have already been found not guilty in similar cases.
