A draft bill authorized for the establishment of Sindh’s constitutional court benches

Sindh has adopted a draft bill for the establishment of constitutional court benches.

Sources claim that cases involving stay orders will be given preferential consideration. Separate offices for the constitutional benches would be set up in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas, and Larkana.

The constitutional benches will make every effort to reach a decision in cases within six months.

An extra Rs. 200,000 per month will be paid to the head of a constitutional bench.
