An Afghan individual was detained in Islamabad using a fake ID from the US Embassy.

In the capital of the country, police have detained an Afghan national for having a phony identification card from the US Embassy.

Police sources claim that Haris, the suspect, used the falsified embassy card to drive a Corolla car into the Diplomatic Enclave with two women. The culprit, who was wanted in several fraud instances, had previously been recognized by law enforcement and intelligence organizations.

The American Embassy reportedly filed a complaint about the person, according to sources. For additional legal proceedings, the detained Afghan national was transferred to the Secretariat Police Station.
