The primary role of Area Sales Manager is assist in identification by leading from the front and actively tracking the performance of the assigned sales team in line with the assigned/ agreed sales objectives. The incumbent must have the ability to execute sales process implementation. Moreover, the incumbent is responsible for the development and team building of the sales force. The incumbent must have the ability to cross sell through liabilities force.
