Due to Lahore’s foggy weather, flights were postponed or cancelled.

After heavy fog and haze covered the city on Saturday night, numerous flights at Allama Iqbal Airport were impacted, with some having to be canceled.

Airport sources report that Saudi Air flight 739 from Lahore to Jeddah was delayed till 2:35am, while PIA flight 279 from Lahore to Doha was delayed until 3:30am.

In a similar vein, private airline flight 717 from Jeddah to Lahore was canceled, PIA flight 747 from Lahore to Madinah was canceled, and flight 715 was supposed to depart at 3:45 am.

According to sources, PIA’s flight 248 from Dammam to Lahore was delayed till 2:15am, private airline’s flight 411 from Dubai to Lahore was delayed until 2:15am, and Saudi Arabia’s aircraft 738 from Jeddah to Lahore is scheduled to arrive at 1:15am after a one and a half-hour delay.

Additional delays included PIA flight 760 from Jeddah to Lahore until 2:15 am, private airline flight 501 from Sharjah to Lahore until 1 am, and private airline flight 842 from Karachi to Lahore until 11 pm.
