Five federal ministers are given bigger responsibilities.

A cabinet shuffle has occurred as a result of the assignment of extra ministries to five federal ministers.

Minister of Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan is one of the prominent new hires, and he has been given the extra duty of managing the communications portfolio. Chaudhry Salik Hussain has also been given the additional responsibility of overseeing religious affairs, which emphasizes the government’s emphasis on issues related to faith and spirituality.

Moreover, the additional portfolio of food protection has been allocated to Industries Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain. Ahsan Iqbal, the Planning Minister, will now be in charge of inter-provincial coordination as well, with the goal of promoting cooperation and peace across Pakistan’s provinces.

Three new coordinators have been appointed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to help with coordination and cooperation on several fronts. Shabbir Ahmed Usmani has been named the coordinator for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan affairs, while Rumina Khurshid Alam has been named the coordinator for climate change.
