Following a navigation system malfunction, the PIA jet was redirected to Karachi.

According to specifics, the three INS systems failing meant that the PIA airline had to be redirected to Karachi. The autopilot and other linked systems were also turned off as a result of the INS malfunction.

The aircraft was expertly brought down at Jinnah International Karachi Airport by the flying captain. A PIA representative could not be reached for comment.
