Hajj 2026: Second installment under government scheme collection begins today

The Ministry of Religious Affairs announced the payment schedule Monday, marking the beginning of the second installment collection for pilgrims enrolled in the government Hajj program.

Pilgrims participating in government schemes can deposit the second installment between October 5 and October 20, according to a ministry official.

Before sending in the second installment, pilgrims must attach a certificate of medical fitness.

According to the government, if the second installment is not submitted by the deadline, Hajj petitions would be deemed cancelled.

The applicant will receive a reimbursement to their account in the event of cancellation.
