Experience in all project phases from concept to construction
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, working with staff and clients
Ability to determine project requirements, develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, source materials, review progress, and consult with clients every step of the way.
5+ years of experience in interior architecture.
Demonstrates a strong balance of technical expertise and conceptual design skills
Advanced skills in AutoCAD or Revit, Adobe Suite, and modeling are required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with senior designers
Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Duties will include but are not limited to material selection and the exploration of finishes, overseeing the construction process.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
