President Zardari supports political discussion over the challenges in Balochistan.

Balochstan’s long-standing problems must be resolved through political agreements, according to President Asif Ali Zardari.

Speaking recently at a banquet thrown by Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, the president stated that the province’s growth and prosperity are the top goals for the current administration, emphasizing how important the region is to maintaining Pakistan’s peace.

President Zardari emphasized that Balochistan’s considerable natural resources and long coastline are important assets that must be used wisely to propel the province forward.

Citing the ratification of the Eighteenth Constitutional Amendment during his administration as a crucial step toward building national growth and giving provinces more authority, he vowed the government’s commitment to supporting this development.

President Zardari emphasized the unrealized potential of the province’s oil and gas deposits while underscoring the necessity of modernizing the exploitation of Balochistan’s natural wealth.

To properly address the nation’s economic demands, he emphasized the significance of coordinating the extraction of natural resources with modern methods.

Additionally, President Zardari reaffirmed the government’s commitment to helping the weaker members of society by implementing programs like the Benazir Income Support Program.

Declaring that inclusive development should be promoted nationwide, he reaffirmed his intention to grow these kinds of programs in order to help low-income families more.

In his last remarks, Mr. Zardari also pledged to keep working for Balochistan’s overall development, highlighting the importance of working with the province government to raise the region’s standard of living and generate possibilities.
