Punjab was shaken by an earthquake of magnitude 4.3.

On Monday, a 4.3-magnitude earthquake rocked several regions of Punjab.

Fearfully, people emerged from their houses and began reciting passages from the Holy Quran. There were no reports of casualties or property damage in any area of Punjab.

The epicentre of the earthquake, according to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre in Islamabad, was five kilometres south of Sheikhupura and 45 kilometres deep.
