Job Description

Responsibilities: –

• Price/forecast the cost for different RFQs of the clint or project.
• Prepare drawing conceptual designs BAQ Bom.
• Measure & value the work done on-site.
• Select and source construction material.
• Reviewing constriction planes (drawings) and preparing complete BAQ.
• Able to analyze the scope of work (SOW) based on technical site visits.
• Perform rick value management and cost control during the constriction phase.
• Calculate and analyze real-time/asper actual quantities for procurement of construction material.
• Identify and analyze real and develop responses to commercial ricks.
• Prepare formats and documents to make costing working methods more efficient.

Requirements:

• Methodical way of thinking.
• Excellence in Auto cad 2D 3D.
• Good knowledge of construction
• Drawing software e.g Auto Cad, Creo, Takla, Solid Work,
• Preference will be given to those with advanced working knowledge of industrial systems and related operational controls, monitoring systems, and/or third (3rd) party audit experience
• Able to organize planes & strategies well in calculation.
• Strong ability to set vision and direction, set expectations, and motivate
• Understanding of engineering science, construction, and technology.
• Understanding of current building, health, and safety regulations.
• Computer literacy and confidence using office and electronic project management programs.
• Set vision & direction.
