Abacus Consulting is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent for technical and business specialist positions. The ideal candidate should possess a result-driven mindset, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including headhunting.
  • Evaluating applicants for suitability against position requirements through thorough screening and reference checking.
  • Presenting a carefully curated slate of top candidates to the hiring manager for further consideration.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all applicants and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • A strong understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
