The acting chairman decides to suspend “rowdy” PTI senators.

Senate Acting Chairman Syedal Khan has decided to suspend senators who speak out against security institutions, encircle the dais, and show up in the house carrying photos of the PTI’s founder.

Speaking to a private TV channel, Syedal Khan stated that his decision was neither political nor against the Constitution; rather, it was required by national law and the Constitution, and the PTI’s disgraceful actions were unacceptable.

PTI will be instructed to refrain from interfering with House proceedings and informed of the consequences for engaging in illegal or undemocratic activities.

“PTI’s despicable actions against the government and institutions are intolerable. My decision was made in accordance with a clear constitutional and legal necessity; it is not political.

“I shall formally submit a letter to the PTI parliamentary leader regarding my decision. All legislative leaders will also receive a copy of the letter, the temporary chairman stated.

Attacks on institutions and the propagation of strife and anarchy will not be permitted. The decision will be applied rigorously. There won’t be any exclusions. He stated that subsequent infractions will result in the suspension of senators’ membership, and persistent infractions may result in a lengthy suspension.
