“The government is working to give citizens free electricity.”

Federal Housing Minister Riaz Pirzada stressed during his tour of the Utility Stores that people who had previously not paid taxes will now be included in the tax coverage. So yet, only landlords have made tax contributions.

Along with the announcement that work is in progress to supply free electricity to the public up to 300 units, he said that authorities are gathering a list of dishonest government personnel.

He went on to say that Pakistan is now working to put out the national fire, that stopping inflation is the top priority, and that the country is no longer on the path of begging.

He went on to say that Pakistan is currently moving away from dependence and toward self-sufficiency. Reviving the nation’s spirit is the government’s main goal, and lowering inflation is one of its top priorities.
