The law minister claims there are inconsistencies in the PTI founder’s eye disease timeline.

Regarding the chronology of Imran Khan’s eye condition, Barrister Aqeel Malik, Minister of State for Law, stated that the judicial assistant’s report has serious inconsistencies.

According to Aqeel Malik, the government is unable to establish a medical board or send private hospital or private physician doctors for examinations without a written directive from the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He went on to say that the government could only form a board with physicians from public hospitals, which the PTI could still use for political purposes.

The Supreme Court has ordered that Imran Khan be allowed to speak with his children over the phone and see ophthalmologists.

According to opposition leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai, he suggested three doctors in a letter to the prime minister, but nothing was done about it.
