The people get no comfort from the rulers: Hafiz Naeem-ul-Haq

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Amir Hafizah Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the rulers have failed to bring relief to the people and the system based on oppression and mafia in the country must be reformed.
Addressing a public meeting at Liaquat Bagh here on Sunday, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman stated that the workers of Jamaat-e-Islami foiled all the methods of administration in the way of the meeting.
Form 47 is used when the rulers are rejected by the populace and Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman remarked
He criticised the administration and stated the present authorities can neither offer health nor any services to the nation. This mafia can only punish the people, not give relief. “The inflation is being used only on Shehbaz Sharif to increase inflation and the rulers are providing petrol bombs to the people.
This system of tyranny needs to be altered and the rulers should be ousted, he said. When the Jamaat-e-Islami sit-in started, it was believed that the workers would leave quickly, but today Liaquat Bagh is filled and sit-ins are going on in different cities of the country, he added. The sit-ins are connected to people in many places like Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Chitral.
Jamaat-e-Islami is a nonviolent party and believes in peaceful resistance. We have no agenda of our own.” We don’t do personality politics, or nepotism. “If the problems of the people were not solved, the rulers would not be able to cope with the situation on the call of the long march,” he said.
