The PM congratulates recently elected senators

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif gave the newly elected senators his congratulations and well wishes for their success.

The prime minister congratulated them and stated that the Senate elections were only another step in the democratic process.

He hoped that senators would fulfil their constitutional duties and contribute to the nation’s advancement.

He stated that newly elected senators ought to be involved in legislation that advances national prosperity, progress, and public welfare.

PM Shehbaz emphasised the critical role that senators play in upholding democratic norms and bolstering federal units.
