This week is anticipated to see a decision about Mohsin Naqvi’s journey to India.

The PCB is waiting for a decision this week on whether Chairman Mohsin Naqvi would visit India.
Naqvi is scheduled to visit Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Islamabad after his return from Iran, sources added.
The meeting will allegedly be to discuss ICC’s invitation to Naqvi to attend ICC Board Meeting on May 30-31 in Ahmedabad, India and watch IPL final slated on May 31.
The Patron-in-Chief, PM Shahbaz Sharif, has yet to approve Naqvi’s presence in the ICC meeting and the IPL final.
Mohsin Naqvi was invited to the events in India last week.
The ICC sessions will be held in two phases later this month. The ICC Chief Executives’ Committee meeting will be held remotely on May 21 while the board meeting is set for May 30 and 31 in Ahmedabad.
The proposed modifications to the format of the ICC World Test Championship are scheduled to be discussed at the conference. Under the current system, each Test series has to have at least two matches.
The ICC board will also talk on whether the Zimbabwe national cricket team, Ireland national cricket team and Afghanistan national cricket team could be included in the World Test Championship cycle.
