Two militants are slain in a gunfight in North Waziristan with the military.

Security forces officers in North Waziristan District carried out an intelligence-based operation that resulted in the deaths of two militants.

In response to allegations of terrorist activity, the security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in the North Waziristan District on the evening of February 5 and 6, 2024, according to a statement issued by ISPR in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.

Two terrorists, including the sought terrorist ring commander Ayubullah alias Mansoor, were condemned to hell as a consequence of a violent gunfight between our forces and terrorists during the operation.

Along with weapons, ammunition, and explosives, the dead terrorists were still actively engaged in a variety of terrorist acts, such as target assassinations, extortion, and kidnappings of defenceless people.

To get rid of any further terrorists discovered in the vicinity, a sanitization operation was carried out. The locals expressed gratitude for the operation and their unwavering support in getting rid of the terrorist threat.
