Quetta honors Christian martyrs with a Christmas celebration.

A unique Christmas celebration honoring the martyrs of the Christian community in Balochistan who gave their lives in defense of their nation was held in Quetta.

Joining members of the Christian community in commemorating the martyrs’ sacrifices were Jaffar Khan Mandokhail and the Corps Commander Quetta. The major guests expressed their sincere gratitude to the Christian heroes who accepted martyrdom while performing vital services for Pakistan.

Speaking to the assembly, the governor and the corps commander expressed gratitude for the harmony, collaboration, and patriotism shown by all religious groups, especially their steadfast support of the Pakistan Army. They individually greeted Christians, wished them a happy Christmas, and reiterated the state’s dedication to defending the rights and dignity of all minorities.

The speakers emphasized that Pakistan’s greatest strengths are religious harmony and national solidarity, pointing out that people of all faiths have always supported one another in the nation’s defense and advancement. They emphasized that Pakistan’s national history and identity are deeply rooted in the sacrifices made by minority communities.

Pastor Asif Jan, who spoke at the event, stated that the sacrifices made by Christian martyrs provide a solid basis for concord and national solidarity. According to him, the ceremony offered a significant chance to commemorate the martyrs’ valor and exceptional services, whose memory will continue to motivate generations to come.

Prayers for the martyrs, national peace, and ongoing unity among all faith communities marked the ceremony’s conclusion. Participants conveyed their gratitude for the combined efforts of the Pakistan Army and the province administration in advancing national unity, interfaith harmony, and the safety and advancement of all Balochistani inhabitants.
