A passenger van plunges into the Lower Dir ravine, killing three people.

In the Lower Dir region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a Datsun van fell down a deep ravine on Tuesday, killing three passengers and injuring two more.

A woman, an old guy, and a young girl were among the victims who perished at the scene. The deceased, according to the locals, were connected.

The injured were transported to the District Headquarters Hospital in Timergara and Lal Qila Hospital for medical attention.

One of the injured was in critical condition, according to hospital authorities.

According to the police, an inquiry into the occurrence has been started and a case has been filed.
