Amjad Hussain is the PPP’s choice for chief minister of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Gilgit-Baltistan’s (GB) chief minister will be Advocate Amjad Hussain, according to the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Amjad Hussain, the provincial president of the PPP, has been chosen by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to run for Gilgit-Baltistan chief minister.
Sources claim that Amjad Advocate received instructions from Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari over the phone to guarantee the people’s economic and constitutional rights.
In the latest elections, Amjad Hussain of GBA 1 Gilgit was victorious. The official results of 21 out of 24 constituencies have been released by the Gilgit-Baltistan Election Commission. The results show that the PPP has won nine seats, the PML-N six, the IPP four, the MWM one, and an independent candidate one.
