If the Zil Hajj moon is seen tonight, Muslims in Pakistan would celebrate Eidul Azha on May 27. To do this, the Central and Zonal Ruet Hilal Committees will convene today in Karachi and Lahore, respectively.

As Eidul Adha preparations continue nationwide, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene at the Pakistan Meteorological Department in Karachi to observe the Zil Hajj crescent, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.

To gather first-hand reports of the Zil Hajj moon sighting from all around Punjab, the Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene today at Aiwan-e-Auqaf in Lahore.
