Internet speeds may degrade due to an underwater cable problem, according to PTCL.

According to Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a problem has arisen in an international submarine cable that the company uses. Repair work is expected to start on April 14.
A representative for PTCL stated that the international cable consortium will handle the maintenance operation, which is anticipated to last until April 20.
Internet customers nationwide may encounter slower connectivity throughout the maintenance time, especially in the evening when network demand usually increases.
Internet services may continue to be temporarily interrupted until the issue is fixed, according to PTCL.
The business expressed regret for the brief disruption and assured customers that efforts are being made to promptly return to regular service.
