Iran and the US have faith in Pakistan: Rehman, Sherry

According to Senator Sherry Rehman, it is a long-lasting historic moment for Pakistan because Iran and the United States have restored confidence in Pakistan and agreed to hold face-to-face talks.

Despite reservations, the senator claimed Iran met its obligation. Negotiations have started in Islamabad, according to Senator Sherry Rehman.

“War was about to engulf the entire world, but now an environment for negotiations has been created, and Pakistan’s role is historic,” she continued.

Because of Pakistan, she claimed, both sides were prepared to travel to Islamabad. She continued, “I think this moment will always be remembered. Both sides expressed confidence in Pakistan. This is a new turning point in history.”

“I think both sides should give each other space,” stated Sherry Rehman. Giving room and advancing the ceasefire atmosphere are crucial.

“Getting to the negotiating table is a huge success, and the current political and strategic climate in Islamabad is excellent.”
