Iran-Israel dispute: FM Dar promises to include parliament

Ishaq Dar, the foreign minister, promised on Friday to align the parliament with the Iran-Israel scenario.

“On Monday, the Senate session will take place,” Dar stated in an exclusive interview with Samaa TV. The opposition and the parliament will be included.

“There is nothing to hide about Iran,” he stated. Iran and the United States are not at odds. How could the president of Iran visit Pakistan if there were any issues with that country?

During the Brussels Summit, Ishaq Dar promotes hydro and nuclear energy.

A few days prior, Dar emphasized that nuclear and hydro energy are recognized globally as secure sources of energy.

He revealed his involvement in the nuclear energy meeting in Brussels, where he brought up relevant nuclear energy-related problems, during a news conference in London.

During the meeting, Dar mentioned how many world leaders strongly agreed with him.

According to him, Pakistan has had a nuclear energy vision since the 1960s and has continued to use nuclear energy despite international criticism. “The consensus now is that the safest and most effective energy sources to combat climate change are nuclear and hydropower.”

According to Dar, the previous governments of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) completed a number of nuclear projects and increased the amount of electricity in the national grid by 3800 megawatts.

The FM stated that he demanded aggressive funding from multilateral and international financial organizations while attending the recent nuclear energy meeting in Brussels on behalf of Pakistan.
