PSL 12 player auction to be held on January 23

There will be a player auction on January 23, and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that they will be holding the tournament from March 18 to May 2 across five to six cities. These are just some of the important decisions that have been made regarding the 12th edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).
A meeting of the PSL Governing Council, which was presided over by Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the PCB, was where the decisions were handed down. The meeting was also attended by franchise representatives, as well as other officials, including the CEO of the PSL, Salman Naseer.
It was agreed by the council that the direct signings for PSL 12 will take place between the dates of October 23 and November 23. It will be possible for each franchise to directly sign one marquee player, provided that the player did not take part in either of the two seasons that came before the current one in the Philippine Super League.
During the next week, there will be a cricket workshop for the HBL PSL. Additionally, the gold and silver events of the National T20 Cup will take place before to the league.
According to Mohsin Naqvi, the HBL Pakistan Super League is the most important arena for cricket in Pakistan. After pointing out that the 11th edition had a record number of spectators, he stated that the PCB would continue to build on the momentum that had been established.
This time around, he added, the league would be expanded to include additional cities.
As stated by the CEO of the PSL, Salman Naseer, the competition to put together the greatest teams for the PSL 12 has begun for all of the franchises.
