The ATC has granted Aleema Khan’s request for exemption in the case related to the demonstration on November 26.

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has granted Aleema Khan’s request for exemption from appearing in the November 26 protest case.
The complaint concerning the November 26 protest, filed at Sadiqabad Police Station, was adjudicated by ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah. The court assessed the case’s advancement during the sessions.
The IHC will consider the appeals of PTI founder Bushra Bibi regarding sentences in the £190 million case.
The court granted Aleema Khan’s request for exemption from presence and postponed the case until May 11.
During the hearing, the court mandated the appearance of all witnesses, including the sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, in the subsequent hearing to facilitate the progression of the case.
