The Chehlum procession traffic plan for Karachi has been announced.

On Tuesday, central mourning processions commemorating Imam Hussain and his companions’ Chehlum will be held throughout Pakistan, with authorities putting in place stringent traffic and security measures.
The main Chehlum parade in Karachi will start at Nishtar Park and follow its customary path while being closely guarded.
M.A. Jinnah Road will be off-limits to traffic throughout the ceremony, and authorities have set up containers to seal roads leading to the procession path.
Vehicles from Shahrah-e-Quaideen would be redirected onto Kashmir Road and Peoples Chowrangi, according the traffic plan. Shahrah-e-Quaideen, Society Signal, and Teen Hatti will be used to reroute traffic from Hasan Square to Lasbela Chowk.
While traffic from Shahrah-e-Faisal will be redirected towards Kashmir Road via Society Signal, drivers from Nazimabad will be able to take Lasbela, Garden, and Nishtar Road to get to their destinations. Preedy Street and I.I. Chundrigar Road will be used as detours for vehicles heading from Saddar to Tower.
