There have been rumours that Parvez Elahi is going to join the PPP.

The allegations that suggested that Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, the president of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was going to join the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) were refuted by Elahi on Sunday.

When a journalist enquired about Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s purported membership in the People’s Progressive Party (PPP), he vehemently denied the accusations and answered by stating, “I have no connection with the PPP at all.”

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the head of the PTI had arrived in order to attend the wedding ceremony of the son of the leader of the opposition, Mian Riaz Qureshi. Following this, reports began to circulate regarding the possibility of him switching parties.
