PM Shehbaz announces plans to open Danish schools in outlying regions.

In his remarks, PM Shehbaz assured attendees of the iftar dinner he was hosting in honour of orphans and kids with special needs that the schools would offer their students free instruction, lodging, and food services.

Additionally, the prime minister declared plans to build “state of the art” hospitals in Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

“I am delighted to have met the adorable kids from different schools, such as SOS and Hassan Academy,” he remarked, stating that the kids are the main visitors and he is the one hosting them.

PM Shehbaz told the kids during his visit that they are highly intelligent and will go on to pursue a variety of careers in the future, contributing significantly to the growth and prosperity of the nation.

In the meantime, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif urged the international community to put pressure on Israel to end its treatment of Palestinians under occupation.

In his speech on Juma tul Wida and the International Day of Al-Quds, he vehemently condemned the crimes committed by Israel in Gaza.

According to him, 32,000 Palestinians—including 17,000 children—have died in Gaza since October of last year, and 70,000 more have been injured. Access to humanitarian supplies has been purposefully restricted, and hospitals, refugee camps, and children’s schools have all been targeted.

He lamented that the unprovoked bombing of defenceless civilians in Gaza persisted in spite of the UN Security Council’s resolution calling for a ceasefire.
