PSX stages recovery as KSE-100 gains over 900 points

— Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) opened on a strong note on Tuesday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index recovering the 166,000-level after gaining over 900 points.

The index gained 166,070 points in early trading, showing a comeback after a sharp fall in the previous session.

The benchmark index finished the latest trading day at 165,124 points, down 1,964 points.

The latest increases sent the index back beyond the 166,000-point mark, recovering some of the declines suffered in the prior session.
