21 people are dead in KP due to rain-related accidents: (PDMA).

The official agency reports that thirty-two individuals were injured and that nine women and three children were among the dead.

Additionally, rain caused 53 houses to be destroyed and another 277 to be partially damaged in as many as 330 occurrences of roof and wall collapse that were reported in different districts throughout the province.

The PDMA reported that each of the affected individuals received 100 kitchen sets and carpets in addition to 200 tents, blankets, mattresses, and mosquito nets.

This comes after heavy rains in several regions of the nation in recent days.

Rainfall caused flash floods in multiple districts in the southwest province of Balochistan, wreaking devastation in different regions of the country.

Since the land connection with various locations has been lost, Harnai and the surrounding areas experience floods in local rivers and nullahs. For a fourth day, traffic at the Harnai-Quetta-Punjab route could not be resumed.

Train traffic on the Sibi-Harnai railway segment has been suspended for the second day due to damage caused by flooding on the railway track.
